Brokers who are members of the NVM (Dutch Real Estate Association), are bound to compulsory periodic education. That makes them trustworthy and independent agents with a solid knowledge of both the rules and the market.

Becoming a member, and staying one, is not easily done. Potential members follow a lengthy education, that continues even after they become members.
